February felt like one of those months where a lot happened all at once.

Some of it we can talk about, some of it we’re still keeping slightly under wraps (for now). There’s new branding in the works with Oveja & Remi, new bottles not too far behind it, and a few ideas we’re quietly building in the background that we’re very excited about.

In between all of that, we had the Inside Gold Coast crew drop by for a drink, handed the bar over to our friend Alex while Danson snowboarded in Japan and somehow found ourselves watching a blood moon eclipse with Pendulum playing in the background, which felt like the perfect way to spend an evening.

We’ve also been working on something a little different for us: building out a series of Familiar Stories on the website. Recipes, playlists, bits of bar knowledge, and the occasional look behind the scenes at what we’ve been up to.

This is a small snapshot of the month that was.
