15ml Orange Liquor (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
10ml Lemon juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
45ml The Butler's Gin
Slice of pink dragon fruit
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a slice of dragon fruit and edible flowers.
Coconut & Limoncello Daiquiri
15ml Coconut syrup
15ml Lime juice
15ml Limoncello
45ml The Gentleman Pirate
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with dried pineapple.
Frozen Pornstar Martini
30ml Viscount Vodka
30ml Limoncello
30ml Lemon juice
30ml Simple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla paste
1 Passionfruit
Cut passionfruit in half and set half aside for garnish. Blend all ingredients (including half of the passionfruit) with a generous portion of ice.
Pour into a coupe and garnish with half a passionfruit.
Mulberry Garden Fizz
60ml The Butler's Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
4 Fresh Basil Leaves
4 Fresh Mulberries
Tonic Water
Ice
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a tall fizz glass and top with tonic water.
Elderflower & Gin Martini
30ml The Butler's Gin
15ml Vermouth
15ml Elderflower Liqueur
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Simple syrup
Ice
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Double strain into a chilled nick & nora glass. No garnish
Kiwi Thyme
20ml Lemon Juice
30ml The Butler’s Gin
30ml Limoncello
1/2 Gold Kiwi fruit
Sprig of fresh thyme
Add ingredients to a shaker, muddle to squash the kiwi fruit. Add ice and shake. Strain into a coupe, garnish with kiwi and a sprinkling of thyme.

20ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Simple Syrup
Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a coupe glass over ice and garnish with a rose petal.
Sleigh Ride Sipper
55ml Pudding Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
5ml Blue Curacao
1 Egg White
2 Tsp Marmalade
Vigorously dry shake in a cocktail shaker (no ice) to fluff egg whites then add ice and shake again.
Strain into a martini glass and add a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
Christmas Royale Champagne Cocktail
45ml Pudding Gin
20ml maraschino syrup (use straight from a jar of maraschino cherries)
15ml fresh lemon juice
Champagne
Shake all ingredients (except champagne) with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
